The short version
- Vezora works on your device. It has no accounts, no servers and makes no network connections, so the app does not send your photos, videos, projects or personal information to us or anyone else.
- There are no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting tools in the app, and no third-party software libraries.
- We only receive personal information if you choose to email us.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how the Vezora app for iPhone and iPad ("Vezora", "the app") handles information. Vezora is provided by the Vezora developer ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support.vezora@gmail.com.
This policy covers the Vezora app and this website. It does not cover the App Store, the apps you share videos to, or other services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information Vezora handles
| Information | Where it is processed | Sent to us or third parties? |
|---|---|---|
| Photos and videos you select | On your device only | No |
| Audio files you import | On your device only | No |
| Your edits (captions, timing, music settings, filters) | On your device only | No |
| Saved projects and exported videos | On your device only | No — unless you share a video yourself |
| Emails you send to support | Our email inbox | Yes — to us, through our email provider (see section 8) |
The app does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, device identifiers, browsing history or usage data.
3. Your photos, videos and audio
You choose photos and videos with Apple's photo picker. The first time you do, iOS asks whether Vezora may access your photo library. Granting access is optional:
- With full access, the picker shows your library inside the app.
- With limited access or no access, Vezora uses Apple's separate system picker, which still shows your whole library.
Either way, Vezora only receives the specific photos and videos you select. It does not browse, scan or index the rest of your library, and it never changes or deletes anything in it.
If you import your own music or sound, you choose the file with Apple's Files picker and Vezora receives only that file.
Vezora copies the items you pick into its own private storage on your device so it can play and render them. Your photos may contain information such as the date and place they were taken. That information stays in the copies on your device. Videos exported from Vezora are newly rendered, and the app does not write location or other photo metadata into them.
4. On-device processing and storage
Everything Vezora does to your media happens on your device, using its own processor and graphics hardware: arranging templates, compositing frames, adding text and effects, mixing audio and encoding the finished video. Nothing is rendered in the cloud.
Vezora stores the following inside its private app storage on your device:
- Working files. Copies of media you pick, audio you import and videos you export, kept in temporary storage. The app clears its temporary folder each time it launches, and removes an export you didn't keep when you leave the export screen. Some temporary copies of imported audio may remain until iOS clears temporary storage or you delete the app.
- Saved projects. When you save a project, Vezora keeps copies of its media and audio, a description of your edits and a preview image, so you can reopen it later. Saved projects are excluded from iCloud and device backups.
This storage isn't shared with other apps or synced to any cloud service by Vezora.
5. Network connections
Vezora does not make network connections. It includes everything it needs — templates, soundtracks, transitions, filters and effects — and has no servers for your data to be sent to.
Information leaves the app only when you choose to send it:
- Saving to Photos adds the exported video to your photo library. If you use iCloud Photos, Apple handles that video under Apple's terms.
- Sharing hands the video to the app or service you pick in the iOS share sheet. What happens next is governed by that app's or service's privacy policy.
- Links in the app, such as rating the app or emailing support, open other apps (for example the App Store or Mail), which handle what happens next.
6. Analytics, tracking and advertising
Vezora contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or attribution software. It does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, does not build a profile of you and does not show ads. We do not sell or share personal information.
Apple may give app developers crash reports and aggregated usage statistics from people who have chosen to share analytics with app developers in their iOS settings. That data is collected by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and you can turn it off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
7. Third parties and service providers
The app includes no third-party SDKs or libraries. It is built only on frameworks Apple provides with iOS, which run on your device.
Third parties may be involved in these cases:
- Apple distributes the app through the App Store and provides iOS, iCloud and the photo and file pickers, under Apple's privacy policy.
- Google provides the Gmail service we use for support email (see section 8), under Google's privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages. This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.
- Apps and services you share videos to.
8. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach or include. We use this only to reply and help you. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it or share it except as needed to run our email service or where the law requires.
If the app offers a Contact Support option, the email draft it prepares includes the app version, the iOS version and your device model (for example "iPhone16,2"), to help us find problems. It doesn't include identifiers, photos, videos or projects. You can read and edit the draft before sending it, or not send it at all.
Our support email uses Gmail, so your messages are stored by Google on our behalf.
9. Permissions
| Permission | When it's requested | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Photos (read) | The first time you pick photos or videos | Lets the picker show your library inside the app. Optional — picking still works without it. |
| Photos (add only) | When you save an exported video | Adds the video to your library. It can't read or change anything already there. |
Vezora does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or notifications. You can change photo permissions at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
10. Retention and deletion
- Temporary files are removed when the app next launches, or by iOS.
- Saved projects stay on your device until you delete them (in My Projects, touch and hold a project and choose Delete) or delete the app.
- Exported videos you saved to Photos or shared stay where you put them; Vezora doesn't manage those copies.
- Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
- Support emails are kept in our inbox while we need them to help you. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time by emailing us.
Vezora has no accounts, so there is no account to delete.
11. Security
Because Vezora keeps your media in its private storage on your device and sends nothing over the network, your content is protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and iOS data protection. No method of storage is completely secure. Keep your device protected and back up important videos by saving them to Photos.
12. Children
Vezora is a general-audience creative app and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. International transfers
The app doesn't transfer your information anywhere. If you email us, your message is handled by Google, which may process it in countries other than yours, under Google's safeguards for international transfers.
14. Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA may give you rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its use.
Your photos, videos and projects are on your device and under your control: you can delete them in the app or by deleting the app. For support emails we hold, email support.vezora@gmail.com and we will respond as the law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if the app changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how your information is handled, we will also describe it in the app's release notes or in the app.
