Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to your use of the Vezora app for iPhone and iPad ("Vezora", "the app"), provided by the Vezora developer ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Vezora you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your licence to use Vezora

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vezora on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or extract the app's code or bundled content, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction.

3. Your content

You keep all rights you have in the photos, videos, audio and text you use in Vezora, and in the videos you create with it. We claim no ownership of your content and receive no licence to it. Vezora processes your content on your device and does not send it to us. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the content you put into your videos and for how you use and share them. Before you publish a video, make sure you have the rights or permissions you need for:

  • photos and videos you didn't create, including material found online;
  • music and sound recordings you import yourself;
  • recognisable people, whose likeness may need their consent;
  • trademarks, logos, artwork and other protected material that appears in your media.

Using someone else's material in Vezora doesn't give you any rights to it.

5. Templates, music and other bundled content

Vezora includes templates, soundtracks, transitions, animations, filters, effects and text styles ("bundled content").

What you may do: use bundled content, including the template soundtracks, in videos you create with Vezora, and publish, share or use those videos commercially.

What you may not do:

  • extract bundled content from the app, or distribute, sell, sublicense or share it on its own, outside a video made with Vezora;
  • offer bundled content as part of another template, music, stock or asset collection;
  • claim ownership of bundled content, or register the bundled music with content-identification or rights-management systems.

Fonts and emoji: captions use fonts provided by iOS, and stickers are emoji drawn with your device's system emoji font. Apple provides these as part of iOS.

Gallery previews: the preview videos on template cards contain example imagery to show what each template looks like. That imagery is not part of the videos you export and is not licensed to you for any other use.

6. Exports and device compatibility

Vezora requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Videos are rendered on your device, so how long an export takes and the settings that work well depend on your device, its free storage and the length and resolution of your project. Keep the app open until an export finishes: iOS stops apps rendering in the background. We don't guarantee that every export will succeed or play on every device, app or service.

You are responsible for keeping copies of videos and media that matter to you. Saved projects stay only on your device, aren't included in backups, and are deleted with the app.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Vezora to create or share content that:

  • is unlawful, or infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • sexually exploits or endangers children;
  • harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against people;
  • impersonates someone or is designed to deceive or defraud people.

Vezora runs on your device and we don't see or moderate what you make, so you are responsible for what you create and share.

8. Our intellectual property

Vezora, including its software, name, icon, design and bundled content, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a licence to use the app, not ownership of it or of any bundled content. You may not use the Vezora name or icon in a way that suggests we endorse you or your content.

9. Third-party services

Vezora uses features of iOS provided by Apple, such as the photo picker, the Files picker, the Photos library and the share sheet. When you save or share a video, the app or service you choose handles it under its own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for it.

10. Price and purchases

Vezora has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Any price charged to download the app is handled by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's terms, including its refund policy.

11. Availability and updates

We may update, change or remove features, or stop supporting older versions of iOS or older devices. We don't promise that any feature or the app itself will always be available.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Vezora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss, or that it will meet your requirements.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, projects, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Vezora.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Termination

You can stop using Vezora at any time by deleting it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. Sections 3, 5 (the restrictions), 8, 12, 13 and 15 continue to apply after it ends.

15. Consumer rights and applicable law

Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and those laws apply where they give you more protection. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

16. App Store terms

If you downloaded Vezora from the App Store, you also agree to Apple's Media Services terms and Usage Rules. Unless we provide a different licence agreement on the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms conflict with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement prevails in relation to Apple.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Vezora or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for handling claims relating to it (for example product-liability, consumer-protection or intellectual-property claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Vezora after an update takes effect, the updated terms apply.
